If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hydro, you can return your order to Hydro Protector for a full refund within 90 days of your purchase date. No questions asked. Products must be in the condition in which you received them.


Here's what to do:

  • You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date.
  • If your product is damaged due to reasons that are not covered by our warranty, it is also not eligible for a refund.
  • Acquire an RMA Number by emailing our Customer Service Team below.
  • Mail the return package to:

  • Please reference your order number from your purchase.
  • Clearly, reference your RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team.
  • We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
  • Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
  • Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
